Your story is yours. You know how tobacco has impacted your life. These are just a few ideas to get you started thinking about your story:

Have you lost a loved one to smoking or other tobacco use? Are you living with a condition caused by smoking or other tobacco use? 

Have you quit smoking or quit other tobacco products? 

How has tobacco impacted your life? 

What do you like best about having smoke-free worksites in Nebraska?  

Share your story, and help others avoid the problems you've seen, or thank others for the efforts that they have made to promote tobacco free kids and help Nebraskans quit smoking and quit tobacco use.
